Welcome to the Monticello - our stunning modern new construction, designed for the ultimate luxury and comfort. This spacious retreat boasts five bedrooms each with its own bathroom, three living spaces, and a rooftop terrace offering breathtaking views of the city skyline.

Spacious thoughtful amenities throughout, including modern and equipped kitchen, king and queen size beds, spa bathrooms, comfortable furnishings, crib, pack and play and four flat screen TVs

Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Humboldt Park, just 5 miles from downtown Chicago, our home provides easy access to the city's top attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Please note that while our neighborhood is vibrant and full of character, it is still in an establishing and up and coming area, and guests should be mindful of safety concerns (as is the case anywhere in Chicago).

Amazing

My 3 night stay was absolutely amazing at Anita’s home. The home is absolutely gorgeous! My family and I slept comfortably and enjoyed ourselves the entire weekend while celebrating my birthday. Anita was very kind and available whenever we needed assistance. Aside from the location, the gated home and updated security cameras and alarm made us feel very safe during our stay. I will definitely be booking again in the near future and would highly recommend!
