“We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we were able to get some much-needed rest. The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I noticed is that it takes a while for the shower to get hot, and the hot water runs out pretty quickly. But overall, it was a great stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more! We’d definitely love to come back for a longer stay next time. ❤️”

“Great, safe area with lots to do. The unit came with one off-street parking spot, which was a nice perk. Communication with the propery manager was always prompt and helpful. This is a very busy, bustling area, so I wouldn't really call it "quiet".”

“The house was the perfect size for 4 people. The open concept kitchen and TV room was spacious with all the amenities. Streaming movies with the projector on the wall was fun.It was easy for Uber to get to us and go into the city. The house is located near different neighborhoods, but I would say Chicago was a little farther then I thought it would be. Without traffic it took us about 20, 25 minutes to get in. The bedrooms have plenty of space and the one bathroom's shower was huge. Two……

“Location was great, beds were comfortable, overall the apartment was well appointed. Unfortunately there was a strong musty smell, mainly in the common areas. We opened the windows and tried running the AC, but couldn’t get rid of it. We did report it to our host, who was going to check it out following our departure.”

“Overall this was a decent property. Property does need a little TLC however. The sink in the 2nd bathroom was not working and the sink itself was damaged. It was raining while we were there and we woke up to water dripping from the ceiling of the upstairs bathroom and standing water in the basement. We ended up leaving a day early.”

“We rented this property for a 9-person retreat and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is absolutely unbeatable — steps from Wrigley Field. We caught a game while we were there, and the convenience factor was off the charts. No rideshares, no parking headaches — just walk out the door and you’re there. The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. Beds were comfortable (a big deal when you’re sleeping nine people!), and every amenity felt intentional — nothing was……

“I can’t say enough how clean this home was, which is a big thing for me personally. The home is close enough to public transportation you can easily park and ride the train…or just drive into the city in about 30 minutes. We were 11 minutes from a lovely beach. The key pad had to be activated when we arrived and worked right away. We did cook several meals there and had plenty of plates and cups for our family of 8. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing you may wish to know is the……

“The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient. It should be pointed out that there is no formal dining or food preparation area, a fridge microwave and toaster are available, but that is the extent of the kitchen facilities. Our biggest concern was we had no cell service at all in the unit or on the property.”
