My stay was fine. My only issue is the refund of the deposits. It took two weeks to get my room deposits back to my card, and I had to call multiple times to get the refunds issued.

The hotel was not as nice as the pictures made it look. I was located in an industrial park. I had a change of plans and the hotel hasn’t refunded my payment after 6 days. Not a happy customer.

How about Spirit who goes to the hotel? The hotel is closed. They have like a schedule like a store. They’re open from 9 to 10. That’s ridiculous. Every hotel usually stays open late.

This place is a nightmare! I booked it months ago for my vacation to Chicago, but when I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 am, they informed me that they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate me. They insisted that I find another hotel, which was impossible at that hour. I had to figure out where to sleep with my entire family, and it was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had confirmed reservation and When I arrived there, front desk told that they don't have any room available. I have to wait for 3 hours to work out on new room with Expedia. When any hotel does not have room available, they should have messaged as soon as Hotel was aware of the situation. They don't know how to run the business.

This property had no one there to check people in and tell them that they sold their room! They gave my room away! The property was also dirty and the lady in the phone was bi help at all to me. I was stranded with no phone battery and no room. The area looked so unsafe. I would NEVER stay here
