“Our two day stay (with dogs) in Bunk House 1, was PEREFECT! The property and accommodations are amazing! My husband and I travel frequently and it's rare for my husband to state he wants to return to a property before our visit is even over! Sit on a bluff with a view of the Davis mountains, the rugged view is every bit as good as Big Bend, and much more accessible. The resort is in Fort Davis, but its' own world! The spacious, 2 room Bunk House was decorated in a contemporary, minimalist style……

“An amazing place! Our room was clean and spacious. They have a beautiful common lobby and kitchen where you can hangout and interact with other guests. The fridge had a basket for every room, so you can store your perishable food items, very convenient and thoughtful! And as the name suggests, there is a mountain right behind the property. We saw Aoudads, mule deer and a roadrunner. The road leading to the inn from the main street is a bit rough, but driving slow takes care of it. Overall, this……

“Everything perfect. Very well kept property, the suite was amazing, spotless and private. The breakfast service was excellent and extremely generous. Sid, who took care of us, was diligent and courteous. Will be looking forward to come back again!”
