“My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. “It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
