"The garden apartment is spacious and private, staff helpful. Restaurant is really good and the breakfast was one step above continental. The building was showing its age in a few places, at least the garden apartment. Be prepared that this is located in a neighborhood, no restaurants or shops within walking distance, but a beautiful, historic location."

"Our stay was ok but there were a couple of issues. Number 1 the bathroom sink water flow was extremely weak. Number 2 the breakfast buffet was disorganized and very poorly stocked. Guests had to hunt down an employee to refill a number of items such as silverware,bagels, pancake batter and a fuse would constantly blow shutting down the whole breakfast operation. It’s a shame because otherwise it is a clean comfortable place to stay."
