“So I was skeptical about a drive up motel but was willing to give it a try. I opened the door and “Wow” came out of my mouth. This was the cleanest, nicest, biggest and most well set up motel I have ever seen. I usually don’t give any place higher than an 8, because there is always something that could be better, right? Wrong. These folks have it going on! Even the coffee was good. My only request would be liquid creamer.”

“Hotel room was clean & served it's purpose, we went to Big Lots for clean blankets and pillows there was no way we were putting our bodies into a yellow stained, cigarette burned sheets & blankets. The tiles on the bathroom floor were removable especially the one right in front of the toilet. Not sure if this is how all the rooms are though. The property was quiet & clean. TV worked and so did the AC. Would stay there again, it's really close to a lot of the restaurants/gas stations too. 7.5……

“These people scammed me out of $455.00 I paid online when I show up the receptionist is barefoot and demands another $500 as if I don’t already pay.(take it this is a non refundable reservation. And Expedia didn’t tell me to pay an extra $500 upon arrival it told us $50. So he wouldn’t let us check in and told us we’re basically screwed. I haven’t seen a dime of that money since I don’t recommend this place and you will never see me in Columbus Ohio ever again.”

“If you can afford anywhere else....do that. Our room was disgusting. There was splatter all over the toilet seat and the bathroom floor hasn't been cleaned in a long time. One of the beds had stained sheets and pillowcases. There was leftover cleaning products in the room and food in the fridge from the previous guests. I understand this properly is old and hasn't been kept up on but that is no excuse for the filth we experienced. One of the worst motels I have ever stayed in.”

“Wish I could give a better review than this. The people were real nice, but the "Inn" was so out of date. There will little roaches around the hotel. Having to stomp on one was not my idea of a good time after a long convention day. It was a good spot for the "Inn". Places to eat were a good choice in the area. The other furniture was quite old. I was even scared to sleep under the blankets. I slept on top of the covers and just layered up with my sweaters. People were real nice, just the……

“The German Village Inn was pretty much what I expected when I booked it. The room was clean, the front desk service was quick and efficient, and the bed was comfortable. Nothing particularly stood out as exceptional, but nothing was disappointing either. It's a straightforward, functional place to stay if you're simply looking for a clean, comfortable room without any extras. My biggest complaint was the outside noise. It was noticeable enough to wake me several times throughout the night,……
