“Our host was great! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Only drawback was hot water for shower. Because of the type of water heater in the unit and the cold weather, had to dial back the water pressure in the shower to keep hot water flowing. “We had a great time here. My wife is a huge animal lover and she really enjoyed the dogs (Beau and Ruby) free roaming the property. They spent a lot of the evening inside with us and some of the following morning. It was a great experience to be able to walk out the door and right into the stable to meet the horses. “The Stone House was an excellent stay. It was exceptionally well stocked and all amenities were excellent. The only comment I have is that the "fenced in yard" where pets should be able to roam free frequently has cats roaming about. For our dog this made it so we still had to have her leashed in the backyard and she was constantly trying to chase the cats that were there. “Needed a multi bedroom alternative to two hotel rooms. The Loft was so great. Hip and cool part of town. Central, so close to everything. Inside was fantastic! Host thought about guest experience! It is an upstairs “Loft” so be ready to take luggage up steps. It is downtown in a very cool area so on street parking is limited and regulated. But Host has a spot for you in back. That street parking is awesome for load /unload.”

“The place was nice and well stocked with extra odds and ends like toiletries that you may have forgotten. Adequate amount of dishware and cooking utensils. Ample parking in the front of the unit. The townhome is near highways making it easy for travel but it is also near a major railway with loud trains passing by throughout the nighttime hours. The host did supply ear plugs, which helped. The building itself is old and has a lot of foundation settling, cracks in the walls, etc, so it is drafty……

“The Lodge was very clean, very spacious, many beds, we only needed 2. The kitchen table was fabulous for playing games. the chairs available were versatile. Really really please with the home. This would be great space to bring kids. Very family friendly. Restaurants abound nearby for choices for lunch/dinner. Coffee shops for breakfast, etc.I did not care for the unusual parking arraingement...but it did work out. If it had been summer, I am not sure that we could have found parking on Mulberry……
