"parking lot was ok. acess to the room was not good no elevator to the main floor"

"Pros: nice, friendly staff! Pretty good pool area! Cons: You can hear someone having a shower in the room beside and it’s a loud squealing noise at 5am. Towels are stained with yellow and brown. The tub is stained in black. The shampoo and conditioned were dirty with old shampoo on it. A part of the shower head fell on my child while showering. Whole room was dirty and grungy and very small. It’s falling apart, holes in the walls and the ceiling peeling off. The mirror had not been cleaned. The shower would go from scalding hot to freezing the entire time I was showering. You definitely get what you pay for and I would never stay here again. "

"The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The front desk seemed under staffed. There was only one attendant and she was very busy. The breakfast is good except for the eggs. I've stayed 2x and the eggs are rubbery/hard but there are other options."
