"Nice mix of outdoor pools of varying temps plus a colder pool which was refreshing. Staff all super heloful. Breakfast buffet excellent mix of western and Asian foods plus nice salad bar. Nice room with in-room tub. Only negative was it was $800 extra per day to access large outdoor swimming pool and fitness center and spa which was annoying. Nicer views vs many hotels since it higher up the hill. Very walkable close to hot springs valley area and attractions along the river."

"Third time staying at this hotel, changed management again, not as good as before, no more breakfast or local transportation provided anymore, requires 20mins uphill walk to hotel, or 100 local dollars for taxis which sometimes not available"
