「Well I love this property always fantastic however as I was blowing drying my hair (with the hair dryer that’s provided in room) it literally blew up a big pow and smoking really bad and the stench was disgusting I’m pretty sure I had a heart attack lol obviously wasn’t expecting this to happen other than that it was a fantastic stay as usual
I did tell the front desk when I was checking out and he said that would look into it so to future guests be careful when using the provided hair dryers...

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
