“This was our favourite accommodation throughout Japan. The room was huge with a separate toilet and powder room to the bathroom. Japanese PJ's were provided which was a nice touch, also a hair straightener and curler and Nespresso coffee pods. The staff were amazing, so polite and helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was an experience in itself - opt for the Japanese style breakfast- it was delicious. The location was perfect, only a 5 min walk to the Keihan subway line and walking distance……

“室內非常的寬敞，用具齊全，非常適合四口家庭一同享樂。 可惜樓梯較陡，較不適合長者移動，且有時可聽見天花板裡有小動物一同歡樂的聲音。”

“這是我很喜歡的一間酒店，我以不是第一次入住了，因為酒店要將鞋子放儲鞋櫃內，所以全酒店地板也很乾淨，而且浴場質素很高（男性浴場），我在京都住這酒店以經是不二之選了，如有機會也想試一下其他地方的御宿乃呢。”

“a nice hotel in the center of Kyoto, across the street from the Kyoto Museum, walking distance to several famous temples and landscapes, lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood, room design is simple and concise yet with style, room is clean , its a good stay ”

“獨房獨院！屋子房間數多，有家的氛圍，還可以洗衣服等。還有和風味很濃的浴室。屬於高級飯店民宿，飯店人員平時不在現場，需要email或則電話聯絡，但是招待親切。不建議拖大行李前往，因為地點在三年/二年版道中，車子一般無法進入人行道。需要靠旅客自行上坡拖行前往。雖然距離離大馬路不遠，但是對於老人家或不便於行的旅客壓力較大。其他點，這個飯店都是無敵優良！”
