“We arrived pretty late due to traveling. We checked in around 8pm and all easy. Room was very clean and spacious. We did not have any wifi access and the code behind the door didn't work. The nespresso machine didn't work. And my husband is a BIG fan of hammocks and there was only 1 hook! So totally useless. And to top it off, the rooms don't have some sort of sound proof and you can hear the TV and chatter from the other rooms. We liked the terrace and wish we could have stayed longer.……

“Staff is friendly, property is clean. About 10 free car parking spots are available in the hotel premises. Food at the hotel restaurant is good but pricey as compared to another hotel restaurant. They sell beer at 80 Peso while gas station was selling at 26 Peso. I understand the reason for higher pricing but it is very high and the menu is limited. Air conditioning was working fine without any issues.”

“Incredible service with friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious breakfast and homelike environment. When leaving on early tours, staff made sure we had a boxed breakfast, coffee and a backpack with towels and hats for a day on the beach or Cenotes. Had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon. ”

“Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi. ”

“Comfortable bed, nice rain shower with plenty of hot water. Relatively quiet for being in a busy area. I would not go to the restaurant attached even though it is not associated with the hotel. Parking just behind the hotel with covered spaces was well lit at night.”

“A delightful place to stay. Lovely meals from the restaurant. Beautiful buildings, decor, and pool area. The only disappointments being no coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. Merida is hot! A fridge to keep water and other drinks cold would be most welcome. ”
