"The A/C was broken so it was either freezing or off. The sink was clogged and we tried to unclog it and a bunch of beard hairs came out The elevator was like really old and noisy, I was afraid to get on it so I used the stairs instead The bed was very squeaky but surprisingly comfortable. Everything was really clean and the staff was so kind. "

"Was disappointed when we discovered our reservation did NOT include breakfast, was almost positive I read that it was when booking. Did not expect to pay $20 per vehicle for parking and definitely didn't like that they run your card for $50 of incidentals instead of just placing a hold. The property is also located on a busy main road that was loud during high traffic times. Would recommend they use an upgraded toilet paper as it was not soft at all. The pillows look comfy but almost flatten under the weight of your head. "

"Was my fav hotel in Boise. Still nice and breakfast is deluxe compared to some others, but parking can be full (we were there on Valentines weekend and they allow hourly parking too which filled it up). I like Holiday Inn Express or The Inn at 500 if can get a deal (pricey of no deals)."
