Great spot in downtown Christiansted!

We loved the Mary Read! It's close enough to downtown Christiansted that you can walk to all the shops and restaurants, but sits outside the main action by a block, so it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. We stayed for a week and took advantage of many of the unit's facilities including the onsite laundry and loner equipment for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

The property was exactly as pictured. The gardens were gorgeous and the walk to the pier was a straight line, about 5 minutes. Very convenient location, friendly property manager and cute and comfortable interior. Perfect size for our family of 4.

Perfect Getaway

It was perfect! The property layout and outdoor area is so serene and beautiful. The location is perfect to walk around downtown Christianstead. The place was decorated so well. I wish I could live there! It was very spacious, clean, and had everything I needed and more. I loved all the outdoor activities and games that were available for use! I will stay here again!

Best Honeymoon Ever!😍

LOVED every minute, hour & day of our 8 day stay here! When we mentioned we were honeymooning, we were greeted with a surprise treat, that was just perfect from a long trip here from the Chicago Airport. We are GRATEFUL for such a memorable time here in Christensted! We will be back with our kids next time & will stay here again! Location here was subpurb & the food was Awesome! (We left a little blow up circle floating device if anyone would like to use it since we couldn't fit in our backpacks home.Thank you again! Sincerely, Krista & Brian

Historic meets authentic Caribbean

A great central location with an easy walk to the Boardwalk. You’ll need a car to explore the island but you’ll find the location central to most things making it easy to galavant around. Host was great with communication on some questions we asked. Beach blankets are provided but not beach towels. The bed is in a little nook so just be sure you don’t mind sliding to the foot of the bed to get out. Narrow space between the bathroom sink and toilet. Tons of character and charm, safe and secure. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

No TV

There was no TV unless you paid a subscription. Clothing drawers were very sandy, had to clean them before placing items in them. It was not within walking distance to beach, and no pool. No balcony, no view. Would not stay there again
