Our facilities include a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar to sit at for dining. We do keep the fridge stocked with breakfast items for you. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, as well as a washer and dryer. You. will be able to lounge in the living room and enjoy a large flat screen television and central AC. Outside on the front porch is a dining table and seating so that you can enjoy a meal or drink while looking out on some of the best scenery and wildlife that West Texas has to offer! You will be free to enjoy walking or biking around our 50 acre property at your leisure.
Nearby you will have access to Christoval and their lovely winery or San Angelo and all that a small city has to offer.

Our scenic West Texas Ranch offers opportunities for photography of local wildlife including numerous birds and white tailed deer. You can also enjoy watching our trained border collies work with the herd of sheep that roam the property.
