「Breakfast good. Pool good. Very nice」

「Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. 」

「This place is really convenient and in a great location. It’s close to a lot of stores, which makes running errands quick and easy. Everything you need is just a short drive—or even walk—away.」

「The staff was courteous. Big soccer weekend and soccer mom’s were taking all the snacks that should have been guests breakfast. Older, could use new carpet in the elevator, but overall served our needs. 」

「Ordered a non smoking room. Room smelled like it had been smoked in. The front desk clerk sound like she had the flu. The Breakfast was verry limited, no juices, no meats, no eggs, only waffles, oatmeal, apple. oranges, coffee, milk and cereal, The location was good, next to a IHOP and a Texas Roadhouse. Not to far from the mall or ASU.The ice machine was broke. The price was reasonable.」

「1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7.
