"The triple room was very spacious for our family of three. There were lots of amenities available including tea/coffee and various bath/cosmetic items. The restaurant has a lovely buffet breakfast that includes a main item. Both Japanese and Western foods are on offer. Great location with many restaurants within easy walking distance."

"The rooms were lovely. Unfortunately the toiletries are not in the room only in the onsen which I didn’t find ideal. The garbages in the rooms are really tiny and I’m all for sustainability but this doesn’t really make a lot of sense when you’re catering to travellers in a City that doesn’t provide garbage facilities leaving them no choice but to bring it back to their hotels. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff. I just wanted to point out a couple things that could use tweaking. "
