「Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing. 」

「Hotel is very nice for the price and location. Staff were super helpful and i have no complaints with them. Would not recommend breakfast buffet. Also the "safe" driver who took me to the airport texted on all 3 of his phones the whole time to the airport. Sometimes yelling at his phone and swerving all while it was raining and seatbelt didnt work. Other than that great stay. 」

「It's more like a hostel than a hotel. There is a microwave in the room which is very useful, but the mugs are cracked though still could be used. The room cleaning was quite random, new towels were replaced but the old ones were not collected. One of the clean towels was stained, probably that didn't get noticed after laundry. The free parking was a real bonus. 」

「This is a very modern clean hotel. I recommend the Port hotel over the older Halich hotel nearby. I stayed in both and recommend the port because it has nice breakfast view and is more modern.」

「Super helpful staff who are accessible on WhatsApp. Has an elevator and within 10 min walk to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes walk. Google map has the location slightly off but hotel staff on WhatsApp will give you the exact location with photos. 」
