“Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room.”

“The hotel is beautiful with a lovely peaceful atmosphere. This was our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. The spa treatments are also very good. Great to be able to pop into the Medina using the free shuttle too. Thanks for another lovely stay!”

“Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. ”

“It’s honestly hard to put into words how happy we were with everything — the service, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the space, the amenities… even the coffee was amazing (way better than Starbucks in Morocco). My husband and I stayed for three nights, then went to Tangier, but loved it so much we had to come back for one more night before we depart. “We have an amazing stay at this riad. It is beautiful and the staff are just amazing. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan and very nice. Every afternoon they provided an afternoon tea and snacks. The welcome was superb . On check out, they even provided a packed lunch ! Will definitely recommend and go back”
