“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“連住3晚(分開訂單),CHECK IN 時旅館說只收到2晚訂單,確認了很久才搞定! WIFI 連線很不穩定, 很慢, 房價都一樣,但靠泳池邊的房間顯然比其他房間來得好, 視野也差很多, 早餐供應時間只到9AM. 有點太早結束, 泳池及SPA池開到00:00AM.還不錯! 房間地板的地毯清潔有待加強, 不斷發現前房客掉落的巧克力碎片!”

“Lovely,Unit 56, towards the back of property away from the main street, right next to one of the many pools on site to guests. Had 2 bathrooms in unit and plenty of space for more people to day comfortably.. We didn’t use the site amenities like the pool, sauna, or tennis courts, but all looked lovely and well maintained as we walked past them a few times to get to main entrance for Lyft pick ups. They let us extend our check out time by an hour w/ a quick call to the desk. Great location……

“The hotel has a retro 50's vibe, with the lounge being full of unique, eclectic pieces of art and cosy furniture. There are many little areas in the lounge to curl up around the central fireplace or outside to meet with friends, as the atmosphere is welcoming, and homey. The rooms are beautiful, with vibrant colours, and full of essentials. A little nespresso machine with pucks would be a nice addition for that early morning hit of caffeine. There are 13 acres of property for weddings,……

“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

“The property was dirty, dusty pool lounges and towels were old and stained. The room had small ants all over the place. The backyard for the presidential suite #15 was super dirty. The lounge chairs for the private patio for this room were so old and dirty that we wouldn’t dare use them. Only one other room was occupied. We have stayed at this resort years ago and it was better. Sad to see it going down hill. We didn’t stay, we left after a few hours and went home. Lost a two night stay.……

“A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!”

“Both the owner and housekeeping were prompt, friendly and helpful. I would absolutely come back and recommend El Noa Noa. We spent 5 days and loved our stay.”
