「Safe and gated and convenient」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「We were impressed with how spacious the room was, we had a separate bedroom, living room and a big kitchen! Good thing, because the menu at the little cafe by the pool was limited. We did enjoy their breakfast sandwiches and fruit in the mornings though. We will return!」

「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」

「It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.」

「Hard to rate “staff” because none were ever on site. But, no matter, access to property worked well. Staff not needed. Over all, great place to stay in “classic Paim Springs” property. Can’t say enough good things about Jazz Hotel, with very reasonable price.」
