Cozy Suite was very clean !The location was the best ! If you needed anything they got it for you right away Parking was not so good had to go across the street and not in garage

Great rate but not upfront about fees

The apartment itself was fine, very clean and spacious. Furniture and linens were minimal. No extra blankets or pillows and only one couch for a family of four to sit on. But still, clean and comfortable. My issues are with the “company” running this. Either they are very new to VRBO or do not care. Text responses were prompt but useless as they did not seem to have answers and had to “look into” very basic questions. When we first booked, there was a disclosed cleaning fee before paying. Standard for VRBO. Then in the next steps after paying, they required another payment ! It was 35 non refundable or 200 refundable but noted could be pending for several days before refunded. Never had that happen on VRBO and not happy with surprise fees. We checked in Friday, check in time is 4pm. No parking available but paid lots, which is understandable for a city stay. However, once we arrived we were told that the parking garage was an option. We had to put in a request online, download a special app and wait for approval. After 24 hours of waiting and paying for event parking I reached out to see if our parking could get approved. I was told they would look into it. Two hours went by. We went to the front desk to see if they could help. The young lady was very kind. She emailed the parking company and also talked to her manager directly for approval because she said there were plenty of parking spaces. Never got an answer so we just had to pay more.
