Explore Cincinnati in this spacious and centrally located home in the heart of Hyde Park. Walkable to great restaurants, bars and shopping! Walkable to Wasson Trail! Long driveway can accommodate multiple cars. 10-15 min drive from all of Cincinnati's best attractions!!

You will have the entire home to yourself. This listing is wonderful for all kinds of guests with one bedroom that is accessible on the main level. This house was built in the 1920’s and has recently been renovated with all new appliances and finishings.

LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM: Open layout, versatile dining table, plenty of seating.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker. We offer free coffee with your stay. We also have pots, pans, cutlery and other necessary items like oil, sugar, salt and pepper. It is stocked with everything you'll need to whip up a meal. We also have plates/cups/cutlery for kids.

BATHROOM 1 (full): Ensuite. Located on the main level. Tub and shower. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.

BATHROOM 2(half): Ensuite. Located on the main level.

Upper Level:
- Bedroom 3: King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps. Closet. Desk with chair.
- Kid's play room located in bedroom 3 behind the barn door.
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed, 2 night stands with lamps. Closet.
- Full Bathroom: Bath tub. Stocked with shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Hair dryer is also available.

Basement: Unfinished.

You have access to the entire space.

Hyde Park, a handsome, pedestrian-friendly and bustling neighborhood, is known for the beautiful historic homes and the square with all kinds of great staples to eat and shop. Situated along I-71 within 10 minutes of Downtown and Kenwood Towne Center, and close to the Norwood Lateral and I-75, convenience and accessibility are two of the area's strengths.

My wife and I treated our 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren to a long weekend here August 8-11. We visited all the places my wife and I enjoyed before we had children, when lived in Cincinnati 40 years ago. We had a wonderful time as a family. The house was clean and well-stocked with everything needed for the family; Linens, soaps, TP, paper towels, extra towels, etc. The TV even had several streaming services that we and the kids enjoyed in the evenings. The play room off the upstairs bedroom was enjoyed by our young grandchildren. The adults enjoyed spending time in the back yard in the evenings, enjoying some adult beverages and a fine cigar.
