Modern Gem in 100+ YR Old Building

Super clean, nice, and had everything you’d need. Great hosts and Jeremiah was super responsive to a small issue. Great spot with a ton of food/drink options within 5 block radius.

Modern Gem in Covington

Me and my sister stayed here for a concert and enjoyed staying at the place. Though there were a few minor issues such as a broken light, and a not enough blankets for the pullout. Besides that, we had a lovely stay, checking in was seamless and easy, and it was quiet though being right in the city. A great place to stay, even with a few minor updates needed. The place had some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do which we both highly appreciated. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Kentucky.

Nice enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, it was in great shape and very clean. Parking is right across the street, there are plenty of local restaurants and bars close by, and you are within walking distance of the Reds baseball stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Stylish Covington

Great location just across the river from downtown Cincinnati. The property is open, bright and modern. The common area is very spacious. There are many outstanding restaurants in Covington and the neighboring town of Newport. The manager was very responsive to our needs. Air conditioning is excellent and off-street parking across the street is included. I would stay here again for future visits to Cincinnati!

Amazing place to stay

Me and my fiancé went for a weekend getaway. It’s is close to a lot of amazing restaurants. I recommend either walking or riding the electric scooters near by, as parking can be a challenge and can get expensive. Over all the place was amazing and very clean.

Incredibly clean and well decorated spot

This loft is really just a fun modern spot that is incredibly close to lots of fun places to eat and drink (easily 10+ amazing places within walking distance. The rental was possibly the cleanest place I have rented through VRBO. We really enjoyed the area and plan on coming back again. You can even see the Cincinati Skyline through the windows when you call it a night. Cool spot!

Much needed overnight getaway

The property location was perfect and you have your own parking spot directly across the street. You can walk to Molly Malones, Blinkers, or Keystone. The apartment itself is beautiful. The living room/kitchen area is wide open and the decor is clean and fresh. The steps leading up to the bedroom are wide. The upstairs bedroom is adorable and the bedding is comfortable. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

BEAUTIFUL loft

My friends and I got ready for my wedding here and all the lighting was PERFECT for getting ready and perfect for our videographer to get some awesome shots. Jeremiah communicated perfectly! Check out was so simple. The loft was so clean!!!
