"Room was fine. Breakfast was good, but area nd eating area were messy. Coffee station not adequately stocked."

"The night auditor was amazing . Expedia messed up my room . She went above and beyond for my family. I was traveling with daughter that had autism and they didnt give me room for each of us a bed . Thank u so much"

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm started chirping in our room. We called the front desk. They said they take care of it, but then they never did but the chirping stopped. The check-in and checkout process was very easy And then I was double charge for the room which I’m still trying to get corrected."

"Great house. Very clean, super cozy and well provisioned. Everything I needed for an extended stay of 9 nights. The neighborhood is fine, not far to UC/Short Vine, OTR, etc. It has a large and well stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I wish the parking situation was a bit better but I parked on the side street without issue. Would stay here again. "
