「Good location and close to old town, parking available with limited space. Good breakfast and the attitude of hosts are cool. Hosts didn't allow to extend the parking to 2-3 hours after check out at 1000. Their check in time is after 1500 and the hosts reject the request looks cold attitude. It's the first time we didn't allow the parking extension we stayed in UK for past 5 stops.」

Viola

「This is a little late, we stayed in January 2026:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Serenity in the City to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and I can wholeheartedly say it was a remarkable experience! The apartment we stayed in was stunning; it felt truly luxurious, with elegant decor and all the amenities we could have hoped for.
Joe and her husband were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we made contact. Their warm hospitality significantly...Jason

「The stay was wonderful and we were treated with personal care. The only negative was that our room needed a little bit of repairs, given that the building is several hundred years old. Everything worked fine, but there were a few creaks in the floor that were in need of attention. The issue was limited to our room. The rest of the building appeared to be in great shape. By the time a reader sees this comment, the issue may have already been taken care of.」Joseph

「The property is very central and has easy access to the city centre. The room was spacious but the pub is quite loud at night and you could hear the music until past midnight. You were just given a key and shown where the room was and that was it. The room only had a bath and I wasn’t aware of that」Gill
