Schimmel in den Bädern Wc Sitz gebrochen Lattenrost Bett mit Klebeband repariert Kochgeschirr überaltert und unansehnlich Möbel insgesamt in die jahr3 gekommen Haus mit Potential braucht dringend eine Renovierung

Beoordeling vakantie huis

Er zijn nog enkel punten die echt verbeterd kunnen worden. zeker voor het bedrag wat je moet betalen. TV doet het niet, te weinig glaswerk voor 6 personen Parasol kapot, geen kussens voor de tuinstoelen. Waterkoker ontbreekt. Warm water beneden doet het niet wel boven. Zeer vette afzuigkap wat zelfs gevaarlijk kan zijn ivm brand in de afzuigkap. Huizen worden slecht schoongemaakt.

Die Schlafzimmer waren wie in ...

Die Schlafzimmer waren wie in der Beschreibung im Untergeschoss ohne direkten Ausblick, was uns im Nachhinein doch etwas gestört hat. Sie waren auch relativ feucht, in einem Schlafzimmer stand sogar Wasser auf dem Boden.Die Anlage an sich ist super, besonders der Pool mit Ausblick auf das Meer.

Leider ist die Anlage in die J...

Leider ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel im Bad, verdrecktes Kochgeschirr, speckiges Sofa, alle möglichen kaputten Gegenstände in den Schubladen, flackernde Nachttischlampen...Nebenan wohnt eine italienische Familie (wie es scheint, permanent), und da die Wände papierdünn sind, hört man jedes einzelne Wort.Gut gefallen hat uns der Pool, und auch die Lage am Berg ist schön. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Reisetipps: Unbedingt Fahrräder mieten und auf der stillgelegten Bahnstrecke nach oder Richtung Sanremo radeln! Unterwegs gibt es jede Menge Bars, Cafes und Strände, an denen man sich ausruhen kann.

Die Schlafzimmer im Untergesch...

Die Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoß waren alle feucht, dadurch nur bedingt nutzbar da alle Sachen im Wohnzimmer gelagert werden mussten. Grundsätzlich eine schöne Anlage aber die Wohnung im Detail sehr abgewohnt und unsauber. Das hätten wir so bei der Preiskategorie nicht erwartet. Reisetipps: Ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, jedoch rundum ist fussläufig leider wenig erreichbarda die Ortsmitte über einen km entfernt ist und die Anlage auf einem Berg liegt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden, Verkehrsanbindung ist gut. Bis nach San Remo ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Monaco und Nizza sollte man jedoch über die Autobahn fahren dann ist man innerhalb einer Stunde am Ziel. Es gibt an der Küstenstraße viele Stein– und Sand–Strände.

Unterkunft ist super gelegen, ...

Unterkunft ist super gelegen, die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, der Pool einmalig in Lage und Größe!Aber die Betten in unserer Wohnung sind eine Katastrophe und nicht zu gebrauchen, die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist nicht akzeptabel ein no go ist: Die Putz Kolone hatte die Wohnung neben uns Reisetipps: für Ausflüge in die Region und nach Frankreich kann man nicht besser wohnen

Schlafräume sehr feucht und muffig unzumutbar ,Warmwasser mußte man immer wieder einstellen das es an der Einstellung immer wieder raussprang. Reisetipps: Gegend sehr schön sehr Empfehlenswert .Restaurants sehr gut.
