「At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. 「One of our two favourite inns on our Cotswolds journey. The staff was charming and very thoughtful, and the room and dining were perfect. We upgraded to the Oakley room and were so glad we did. What a fantastic room with wonderful amentities and all of the charm you could expect from a historic building - I think they said it is over 400 years old. Dinner and breakfast were the best of our trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.」
