Robin’s Nest is a cosy lakeside retreat in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park, perfect for families or small groups looking for a peaceful getaway. The lodge offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms with light modern updates, and an open-plan living area that brings the lake views right into the heart of the home.
Step out onto the brand-new deck and relax with your morning coffee or an evening drink while enjoying the tranquil waters and wildlife. Inside, the lodge features comfort-focused touches, including electric storage heaters for cosy evenings and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Our small business can be as attentive or as distant as you choose. We have prepared a comprehensive guest folder with all the information we feel may be useful to you, which also provides contact details for the house managers who will be happy attend the property should the need arise. We just want your stay with us to be relaxed and hassle free.
The lodge is set within well-maintained communal gardens on the Spring Lake development in South Cerney, a popular village within the Cotswold Water Park, just a short drive from Cirencester.

By car (recommended):
From M4 or the South - Leave the M4 at Junction 15 (Swindon) and head North on the A419 for about 14 miles. Take the B4696 signposted Ashton Keynes / South Cerney / Cerney wick. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the Spine Road East. Follow this for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development, when through the gates follow the road around to the right, 55 Spring Lake is about 50 meters on the left.
From the M5 or North – Leave the M5 southbound at junction 11A onto the A417. Take the third exit at the roundabout after a few miles continuing on the A417. Stay on the A417 / A419 for 15 miles passing Cirencester. Leave the A419 following signs for South Cerney and the Cotswold Water Park. Head right over the flyover and straight on at the second roundabout following signs for the Watermark and Cotswold Water Park. Follow this road (Spine Road East) for just over half a mile, passing Isis / Windrush Lakes on your right and The Four Pillars Hotel on your left. After passing Summer Lake on your left, take the next right (Station Road), signposted for South Cerney, the Lakeside and the Watermark. After a few hundred meters, take the first left into the development and turn left when through the gates. Follow the road around to the left, 6 Spring Lake is towards the end of the road on the right.
