"We knew check-in was not before 14:00 but the guy on reception was able to let us into our room early. He was extremely helpful. The room was perfect and the air conditioning was a real welcome. Although the hotel is on the street opposite the Leaning Tower all noise was shut off from the crowds below. We have come to Italy to attend a wedding in Florence and prior to our return to the U.K. we will definitely be staying at this hotel. "
