"Check-in information very clear. Unit was well appointed with everything needed. In general the room and fitout was clean, except for two frypans on a shelf which still had grease and food bits in them. Not a big deal as I washed and then used them for rest of stay.
The one issue I has was the keys for the unit did not include the security screen door at fron, nor the screen door to courtyard - this would have been good to improve airflow when away. I managed a workaround for the screens, but...

"The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving."

"Great little apartment, easy walk to station, close to coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Air conditioning and a lovely balcony for evening drinks. It’s possible to walk through kings park from the apartment and pick up a cat bus into the city. Had a great stay and would definitely visit again."
