「Good proximity to the Plaza, in walking distance. Nice and clean. Unfortunately at 3 am, the room next to us, was having a party or just playing their music so loudly it woke us up and left us unable to sleep. We called the front desk and they promptly sent security upstairs and got the music and noise under control. We really appreciated that service. 」

「This place is wonderful. The staff are efficient, friendly, and helpful. There is beautiful decor, a paved walking trail around a small lake out back, a spacious, clean room, and a great shower. In the fitness room are treadmills with a program workout that makes it look like you're hiking a National Park trail. I love it! The hot tub and pool are relaxing and just right. We felt safe. The location is just off the freeway, but far enough away to be quiet. Yes, it's our favorite place in the KC...

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」
