「Room was remodeled and fresh. Biggest complaint remodeling was ongoing lots of noise above and in parking lot thru late hours. Hotel will be nice once noises are gone.」

I like that I can park right outside my door and as a single, older woman I like that there are secure room locks. The TV has plenty of channels and the beds are always comfy. I travel to that area at least once a year and we’ll always stay here!!」

Mike responded to any questions quickly and was willing to get any additional item you might need to make the stay more comfortable. The decor is well thought out. There was more than enough space for 2 adults, 1 child and two small dogs. It was a pleasure staying here while in Tazewell to say goodbye to 3 recently departed loved ones. Before our stay, responses to questions were slow, and we never received check-in instructions. 「Customer service was great. We were notified before checking in that the AC wasnt working properly. The AC ended up taking 2 days to fix. While the situation wasnt ideal or convenient, the owners were very prompt with communication and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. The home was clean and very well stocked with towels, extra pillows, and bedding. Kitchen was stocked great to accommodate our large group.
