“This is a decent place to stay but overpriced for the cleanliness and comfortability. First of all they do not maintain the rooms. There was something poking out of the floor that we stepped on so we had to wear shoes. The bathroom had not been cleaned good. Towels had dirt/stains on them. No one has cleaned behind the toilet in awhile. The hair dryer had never been cleaned. Most hotels use unlimited liquid soaps/lotions/shampoo and conditioner dispensers now, but not this hotel. The curtains……

“I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”

“Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. ”

“We had to wait for over an hour for our room. And it had 2 beds both of the comforters were stained bad. The room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not swept or mopped. Only had 1 towel and couldn’t get more. We had to pay extra to get to the concert cause of the wait to get in our room. We paid over $300 for this room when it is usually $85. And the morning we are checking out the manager only said they would refund $60 for the problems and was very unhelpful.”

“This was about the only room that wasn’t so priced jacked for a concert. It was still way overpriced for what it was. The room was overall clean but definitely not kept up. The pool was disgusting so definitely could not have even used that had we been able to. In a pinch it’s an ok place but not some place I would seek out.”

“Our stay was not the best experience. Unfortunately I do not recommend this hotel sipe because it was dirty. The towels were stained and can tell that they have been overused. Toilet and tub were dirty. The floor was filthy. Found several dead and alive roaches. Moving to the bedding area….pillow case had drooled stains and can tell dust has been settling on them. Sheets were okay but beds do not have comforter. Lobby area was clean. Paid around $300ish for one night so definitely not worth that……

“Our reservation was lost. They had rooms available but where 10X the amount we booked it for. There was not any type of notification that our room was cancelled or anything. We drove hours to get to the hotel to find out that we did not have one. The receptionist was not kind and we had to leave. Unfortunately, we had to go home because there were no rooms available in town and this hotel was not worth over $500.00 a night to stay in.”

“We booked this room 6 months ago for the George Strait concert. When we arrived the staff said they did not have our reservations on file. We called Expedia and they relocated us to another hotel and paid the $800 difference. Expedia did an awesome job but the hotel should of not double booked our room. They were double booking and selling rooms for higher prices because of the George Strait concert. There were other customers at the hotel going through the same experience of the hotel double……

“To start off this place does not have a gym, pool nor breakfast provided. The staff are nice people and very welcoming. I had asked for a refund but the suite did not want to give me my money back. ”

“When we arrived, many rooms were not ready. Many bookings had been cancelled. It was a major weekend due to a concert in town. Booked this place because of the price. But it was not even worth it. Very disappointed. Very dirty place. Needs major attention from owners. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Staff was a bit standoffish at check-in. We felt like we received a “less than” greeting since we’d booked through a 3rd party. The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. Official check in was at 3. 30 minutes later when the magical time hit, we were informed of the $18 amenities fee. Fire pits were off due to high winds and the pool was busy with college students who came and went while we were there. Grounds are……

“I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little……
