「This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade. The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep. No central air. Several window...

「The property and house were so cute. You can see the time and effort that is taken to make it cozy. Fresh mums inside and out. The decor was perfect for the vintage house. Spotless by the way. Extra things everywhere! Sound machine, paper towels, tea, coffee, sugar, snacks, fans, a/c... almost anything you are looking for. Our host was super nice and timely responded to all inquiries. Great information upfront! So many things to do and see just a short distance. I hope we get to go back!」

「Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one.
They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do.
Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

「Perfect location for us! So much within walking distance. It was great to have more space than a traditional hotel room, as well as a full kitchen. Only negative is the noise. It is such a busy area and right in the hospital district, so sirens, traffic, and the bus stop on the street right outside the building made it very noisy all night. However, if you can sleep through noise - I'd highly recommend staying here!」
