「The room was clean and the staff were amazing. Only thing I'd point out would be the elevator - it works fine going from floor to floor, but it forgets which numbers were picked as soon as the door opens. This can make it really hard to get to higher floors if other people need to go down and the elevator stops for them on the way up.」

「The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. 」
