“Despite the rain we had a fantastic time in this excellent property. Well equipped and maintained professionally. My wife has limited mobility and was able to move around the property using sticks and a walker with no issues. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower which she could easily use with a shower seat as she was able to walk right up with the walker. There is seating outside on the patio which is also accessible and a shallow slope from the drive to the property. The surrounding area is……

“The location is central Grasmere so everything is close to hand. It is a traditional house so expect it to be darkish inside, not a problem as we were out on the fells every day. The owner is most helpful and very handy. The instructions are very modest but our experience of 50+ self-catering holidays meant that was no problem. The car parking is very useful and especially with EV charging included!! Well done Martin.”

“So happy we found this place, it was perfect. We are a family of 6, youngest being 19. The living space was huge with plenty of seating for us all. Bonus having the TV for the evening. Perfect location, close to everything. Lovely early morning doggy walk to the lake. All the home comforts. Comfy beds, bonus 2 bathrooms. Everything we wanted to see was so close.
