One has a king bed and the other a queen bedroom. The queen bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. The twin bedroom also has a full bathroom attached with a single sink, walk-in shower and toilet. This home has a brand new washer and dryer in the garage along with a drying rack for ski and exercise gear and ample room for parking a golf cart or a vehicle. The huge front yard is equally lush and has a sizable area for playing games, a basketball hoop and room for parking several vehicles.

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. Please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.
