“Kind staff. Older hotel but clean. ”

“The Host was a great communicator. The property was very nice, clean, quiet and private. Rv site was level. A perfect place to enjoy riding the Monon trail - access was immediately adjacent. I would recommend this site AND stay here again when in the area!”

“Host was decent. Replied back to messages reasonably fast. Both pullout beds were broken and host didn’t seem to care and suggested using the pullout couch or squeeze into the king bed. I would have liked for him to care a little more and want to help.Place was clean and presented as expected. The place is more for a couple than a family. King bed was comfortable. ”

“The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. It’s a stunning 6,400 sq. ft. new build with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable, which we really appreciated for a large group stay.That said, there were a few issues that made our experience less enjoyable. The golf simulator was advertised as an amenity, but there were no clubs provided to actually use it. The temperature in the house could not be adjusted, and with no ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the second level was……

My parents stayed here a few months ago and couldn't stop talking about how nice everything was, I am so thankful I listened to them and stayed at this house during my visit. ”

“PROS: comfy beds, excellent communication, clean and tidy accommodations, beautiful property, DONKEYS!!Only con for us was the creaking from upstairs was somewhat loud and woke up our light sleepers but we would definitely stay again in spite of that. The owner was so gracious and welcomed our guests and gave us food to feed to the donkeys and those sweet animals definitely have our hearts! Would definitely recommend this property. ”

“The home was very clean and the host was responsive. The game room was perfect for our mixed age family group. We did lots of cooking and the kitchen was on the small side but we were able to make it work just fine. We appreciated the extra commercial size refrigerator. The location was perfect for us and close enough to Indy area to do fun outings.”

“We stayed here with the majority of our baseball team. The players took one bedroom of bunk beds and the parents took the other. Pros:Gas grillEnough beds for everyone5 bathrooms so no wait linesClose to Grand Park (12-15 min drive)Cons: Small common area so difficult to all hang out together. Not much effort put in to modernizing/updating home. Backyard was decent but overgrown- no work done to make it an enjoyable outdoor space- tall grass, no fire pit, etc ”

“Excellent home - probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Pristine condition - house was spotless and very clean / new furnishings. Also very comfortable beds!Host was very gracious and accommodating. We stayed for Thanksgiving and it was decorated for the holiday. She also allowed for early check in and was very easy to communicate with.House feels very large and was great for our large group of multiple families and kids. Kitchen and walk in pantry are enormous and was a perfect set up……
