“This is a nice property and spacious for a family or a small group of friends. It was ample space for our group of 5 women. There are TVs available for movies and the games would be especially nice for a family with children. The place is in a quiet neighborhood and is a peaceful setting with a large yard. The description online is accurate and we enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had a delightful time staying at this property. The house was very welcoming and comfortable for a family visit with our daughter and son- in-law. The location is close enough to Kansas City, but far enough to feel you are in the quiet countryside. ”

“The property was in a good location. It was clean, it was spacious, it was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. it was awesome. It was cold. Couldn't find the thermostat. Called Cody he told us where and how to turn it on. It was quite unique how to operate it( technology). My sisters and I really enjoyed Cody's amazing home.”

“We were so incredibly impressed with this amazing house! I still haven’t seen everything - it’s so well thought out and detailed. A very comfortable stay as a home base for our daughter’s wedding. Highly recommend watching Harry Potter at the home while you’re there!”
