「The front desk staff was AMAZING BEAUTIFUL ROOM Only small issue the boiler for hotel was too small - not enough hot water gift the tub - at 3 am it was hot enough - telling not strong enough or needs to be hottestat peak times - other than that an amazing property!!」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Love this place for its location. Just 10 minutes to the heart of Boulder but the property feels as if you are deep in the mountains. I love how they used the "if it ain't broke" mentality when renovating this property. 」
