「The property was not as advertised!! The floor was filthy, the refrigerator was dirty, and the surroundings were quite poor and unsafe. The room we were in was on a totally separate building, down a hill, behind an apartment house with broken down cars and junk piled around it. NO WIFI available. Was told we could have a better room, but we would have to upgrade. Was told there would an extra charge.」

「Although the hotel staff was friendly and apologetic, the overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations.
Upon our arrival, we discovered that the hotel elevator was not working. We were traveling with two elderly family members who had considerable difficulty climbing the stairs. This created an unnecessary hardship and significantly affected their comfort and ability to access their room.
More concerning, during the night, I noticed a strong smell of marijuana in our room. Upon...
