Wonderful house

This house was perfect for me and my family. We went for a weekend trip celebrating my nephew's birthday and the host was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The house itself was spacious, beautiful and in an area where it was quiet and peaceful. This trip was very much needed for my family and we just had a wonderful time.

We had a wedding in the area. This house was rented for our dear friends. It was a great place for them. A very nice and clean home for them to stay in. Great communication with the owners. We would rent with them again.

Beautiful location, well stocked and clean home

The home is in a very nice secluded aera, with great views of the valley. The home was clean and well stocked with the basic essentials. Owners were very good about communication. My only hang up was in regards to the wording of the listing. The home is marketed as a 4 bedroom home and dependent on group size, some rooms may be locked. It didnt say that every other room aside from the master would be locked it didnt effect my stay, but if 2 people are staying here who are not partnered, you will be disappointed by this., as you will be forced to wither bunk in the same bed or decide who gets the couch. The cleaning fee was also a bit extensive. 175 for two nights when at most a load of laundry and uploading the dishwasher were all that needed to be per gets the couch.

Missing some fine print

The house was fine but I would not rent it again. Owners listing is not clear that the price per night is only for 2 guests not the amount of guest it can sleep. Be aware that if ANYONE else comes to the property, even if they do not join you in the stay and just stop by to visit for a few hours you will be charged the extra guest fee for each day of your stay. Yes you read that correctly. You book 10 days, you pay the extra guest fee for 10 days. I understand needing to charge more for each person staying but not for someone just stopping by to say hello while you are in town. Sorry but this just wasn’t for me.

It’s a very homely place

We had great time. The house is clean and is equipped very well for a great family get away Carl and Jennifer are very helpful and made our stay very enjoyable
