Property was amazing. Very close to beach, restaurants, and bars. All the amenities you could need. Clean and perfect size for a beach getaway. Would recommend to anyone interested in staying at Cocoa Beach.

This was my second stay at the cottages. Can’t beat the location and price. Comfortable beds and a nice private back yard. Near the beach and great restaurants across the street. This is now my go to place for visiting Cocoa Beach.

Amazing experience, perfect location & great hosts

The hosts were lovely and very helpful in recommending itinerary items before our stay. They were also prompt with anything we reached out about during our stay. The location is great, a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the dog friendly beach. Easy access to bioluminescent tours, Kennedy space center, and rocket launch viewing areas.We will absolutely be return visitors!

The location is wonderful—it’s a short walk to the beach and Cocoa’s best local restaurants. We could store our surfboards in the gated yard and walk or drive to great sunrise surfing. The amenities are thoughtful and the decor quaint. The vibe is cozy—much more cool than a big condo or hotel. We loved it!!
