Such a cute and inviting place. Clean and warm. Coffee was great and couch was extra comfy. Loved the outside patio. Though we got in late and it was chilly. Would book again. Super close to the beach and our cruise. Thanks again.

Amazing!

The house was in the perfect location to be able to have a beach vacation with all the amenities. Easy access to downtown and anywhere that you want to eat and grocery stores. We could’ve easily stayed a few more days.

Amazing place!

Amazing place to spend the vacation. Very clean, good location, few minutes walking to the beach, safe area, family friendly locations. We had two teenagers from Austria and our kids too. They had a blast! We had everything! ( towels, umbrellas, chairs for beach, etc) God bless you and we are planning in the future to come back.

Mini Vacay with my Son

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean, stocked well and was adorable. My son loved all the games and we played many rounds of tic tac toe. The host was quick to respond and provided me severalgreat restaurant recommendations. I cant wait to come back with my entire family. I highly suggest this home. It's right across from the beach and near many restaurants and shops. great restaurant recommendations.

Excellent in every way

I’m normally skeptical of reviews online and with this property, it all seemed too good to be true. But….when we arrived, it became very clear that the description and reviews were exactly right. This property has everything needed for a beach trip with the family. Towels, beach gear, kitchen full of quality pots, pans and utensils. The walk to the beach was just 200 steps away and the beach was fantastic. Don’t think twice about booking this for your group.

Very nice!

Outstanding location. The backyard is very relaxing. Master bedroom bath is adequate, but tiny and no exhaust fan for either the shower or the toilet, and the tile floor is easy to slip on. We arrived after dark. Once we figured out where the front door is and how to open the lockbox, we easily settled in. Beds are comfy. The dishwasher didn't clean well, but we mainly hand washed and ate out.

Area safe for single women

As a mom of girls I look to make sure I would visit this place again without a man to accompany us. Home was safe and quiet neighborhood. Doors and windows were secure. Kitchen had most needed tools for cooking just bring your own ice. Overall a great stay just steps to the beach. The sand there is a brown shade with a lot of crushed shells and hotter than I’m used too. It was a wonderful trip. I thank my host for making their home available for my family. We might like to visit there again we had never been to cocoa beach before.
