This is a very easy condo to stay in for vacation. It has both a pool view and an ocean view. It was wonderful to hear the waves on the beach as soon as you open to the balcony door. Its location is about .5 miles from downtown Cocoa beach where you can find food from casual to fine dining. It’s quiet but the people we met were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make small meals or huge dinners. I hope to stay there again next winter.

I booked this condo for a last minute spring break getaway with my daughter and her friend. The condo was a good size for the three of us. The building is older but well maintained. Our condo had an ocean view which we enjoyed and was directly on the beach. We spent all day sitting by the ocean. The towels, umbrellas and beach chairs the condo furnished were nice and in good shape. The building is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants or a short drive, which we took advantage of each evening. We were even able to watch a rocket launch one evening from in front of the condo. We had a very relaxing trip.

Elise was very responsive to our questions and she allowed us to check-in 2 hours early. The home is very nice with all the amenities and in a great location overlooking the pool and the beach. Beautiful sunrise in the morning.

Great condo with ocean views off balcony. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean at check-in. Communication prior to arrival was good. Also, we were left a card and a small welcome gift which was a super thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend and/or personally return to. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook all meals in the condo. Parking was good (we always found a spot) and easy beach access. We even saw a launch from the property.
