Oceanfront Oasis w/2 Balconies & Steps to Downtown!

  • Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin around late July/early August and is expected to continue through early September. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

    Step into this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo (1,400 sq ft) and immediately take in the stunning views from two large private balconies - perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

    The condo features a fresh coastal design and a fully renovated interior. The open-concept kitchen includes quartz countertops, new appliances, and is fully stocked for cooking. It flows into a bright dining and living area with comfortable seating and a 65" TV.

    Sleeping Arrangements:

    Primary bedroom with King bed, private oceanfront balcony, TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet
    Guest bedroom with Queen bed, direct ocean views, and TV
    Third bedroom with two Twin beds and TV

    You'll also find two updated bathrooms, an in-unit washer and dryer, and all linens and towels provided.

    Spanish Main offers a large heated pool for you to enjoy. It is located right on the beach and just a short walk to downtown Cocoa Beach, this condo offers the best of both relaxation and convenience. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and toys to enjoy so you have to pack less.

Nice beachfront condo. Good appliances, decent furniture, and perfect access to the beach and the surrounding area.A great breakfast/coffee shop you can walk to in the morning. Our only complaint would be the small size of the master bathroom. We'd stay again if we were back in the area.

A True Oasis

Coco Beach Experience

A January break

This is lovely 3 bedroom condo that was clean, well stocked and with comfortable beds. The condo's two balconies have breathtaking ocean views. The whole complex was well kept, quiet and with easy direct beach access. We would return again and highly recommend.

Property was beautiful. I love Spanish Main. The condo was extremely clean. Condo had all you needed for the stay. Only issue are the beds. King and queen both have dips in them. So uncomfortable. Overall would stay here again.

Spanish Main was very good though a bit outdated. The elevator was out of order for our entire two weeks which was in inconvenience. # 68 was very good and had been recently updated.

Best family vacation spot ever

The property was exactly as listed. Very impressed with the layout condition and cleanliness but the view was the absolute best. 3rd floor corner with a perfect view of the beach/ocean and heated pool. Large bedrooms, two balconies and stocked kitchen that had allot of appliances and cookware. My family had plenty of space for alone time as well as common areas to gather for meals and games and television. We spent allot of time at the beach with chairs and towels and even a cooler provided. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by for everything you need. Biggest surprise was that we saw a rocket take off from Cape Canaveral and dolphins swimming around almost every morning while we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Would def recommend and plan to return again.
