  • *NEW heated saltwater pool in Nov 2026 (not before). SOL is one block from the beach and less than one mile from 6 pickleball courts. Spacious 2000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. Master suite has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, 8 ft doors, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

This property was even nicer than described! Very clean and furniture/beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice dishes and I’ve never seen so many different pots and pans which was amazing! This location was convenient to everything! It was only maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach where we were able to see several rocket launches during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!

This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Great Location, Modern House, Very Clean

We recently had a wonderful stay at this property for a few days. The house was very modern, very nice, and very clean on our arrival -- not always the case with short term rentals. The location was perfect for us, just a short block or two to the beach and close to a supermarket, restaurants, and lots of fun activities. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun Spring Break Location

The property is in a great location and was perfect for our family vacation. It's within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, putt-putt, grocery, etc. We never heard the tenants in the other side of the duplex and the street seemed quiet and low key. Greg was prompt and helpful throughout booking and the stay.

Fun Family Vacation

Very clean and spacious property! Super comfy beds! Great location for getting to the beach, grocery store and restaurants! The only downfall was the smell of the trash by the garage entrance from the restaurant next door!
