Great and relaxing location.

Great location with easy access to the beach and had plenty of towels. Beds and pillows were a bit worn out, but had clean sheets. We had a great time and able to catch up with family.

Sleepless in Cocoa

Bed was dirty!!!! It took several hours before they would come and change the bed. I literally had to wash them myself. I have driven 16 hours and was exhausted!!! They did not care. As far as everything else it was great

Too hot and too small

The place is right on the beach(well a bit of a walk pass the dunes)but that was ok. What is not ok and I'm sure is not legal is the size of the shower in the outside bathroom. I'm 5' and 120#s and had trouble showering there(that shower is the size of a linen closet) the shower-head would shoot outside of it. How did they pass inspection if they had one is beyond me. Then it's the issue of the a/c, they have a note above it to not put it down below 70(consider that in the Florida heat to sleep) and the air would not properly reach the bedroom closes to the street( the family members that occupied that room had to leave the door open to have some decent air flow at night). If you like your room pitch black to sleep, good luck! We paid extra for late check out(at check in) and yet had the cleaning crew show up at 10am, when we called the company that manages the place they could not see the payment, we had to wait a while for them to finally get back to us that we could stay until the time we had paid for.

Comfortable living with great beach access

This property worked out wonderfully for our family of 7 (5 kids ages 5-13) while we visited the Kennedy Space Center. All the kids slept in the second room which was tight with the trundle pulled out but everyone slept well. The beach is just outside the back door and has very few other people on it. We were even able to watch a rocket launch from the beach one night! Kitchen was well stocked for us to make meals there, even including some basic spices. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach house

Perfect condo on the beach. Closely located to everything we wanted. Beautiful sunrise everyday. Condo was well stocked with all needed items. Would stay here again.

Great Vacation

Townhouse was great with everything you'd need provided. Plenty of crockery,utensils,towels ,pots and pans. Townhouse is spacious and is within walking distace to bars and resturants.

Family vacation

Overall, this property provides fantastic views and great access to the beach. Communication with the property manager was prompt and pleasant. Only reason this property receives 4 of 5 stars is, although the pictures are accurate, the listing suggests privacy but there is no mention that this is a quadplex unit.

2x and still an awesome stay!

I wanted to go back to cocoa beach. Our last trip here was in 2017. When I booked this, I thought the listing looked familiar but wasn’t sure. I was hoping it was close to our stay in 2017. When we pulled up it was!! My son was so excited. Now at 18 he was excited to share this memory with his girlfriend too. It’s right on The beach, always clean, neighbors are nice and not loud and annoying, centrally located to everything, and it’s worth the trip from KS to here! We will for sure be back for a 3rd time!
